Order Processing
Orders are processed manually within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally at this time.
Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address on file. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the initial scan.
Delivery Failures
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs. We will contact you to confirm the correct address before re-shipping.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@ellesworldresearch.net. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
