All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been received and are in acceptable condition.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@ellesworldresearch.net within 7 days of delivery. Include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)
We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure locations on your property. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Venmo or Zelle) within 5–7 business days of approval. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
