How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, add items to your cart, select your payment method (Venmo or Zelle), enter your shipping information, and submit. Elle receives the order by email and fulfills it manually — typically within 1–2 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Venmo and Zelle. Payment details are shown during checkout. Use promo code VENMO10 for 10% off when paying via Venmo.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us at support@ellesworldresearch.net as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests before the order ships.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of receipt. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available — see our Shipping Info page for details.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship within the United States only. Please contact us to inquire about international availability.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also reach out via our Contact page with your order details and we will provide an update.

Products

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. All products are third-party tested for purity and quality. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are available upon request.

What do "research use only" products mean?

All products sold by Elle's World Research are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not approved for human or animal consumption and may not be used for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purpose.

How should I store my order when it arrives?

Storage requirements vary by product. In general, lyophilized peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Refer to the product documentation included with your order for specific guidance.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. In the event of a defective or incorrectly shipped product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our full Return Policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@ellesworldresearch.net with photos of the damage and your order information. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
