Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $8.00 flat rate
- Priority Shipping (2–3 business days): $16.00 flat rate
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 (before discounts)
Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on your location and the selected shipping method. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package is picked up.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Elle's World Research ships within the contiguous United States only. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally. Please contact us to inquire about future availability.
Packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly in plain packaging with no external branding that indicates the contents. Products are packed with appropriate cold or dry materials as required to maintain integrity during transit.
Delivery Issues
If your package appears lost, is significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ellesworldresearch.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or issue a replacement where applicable.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Elle's World Research is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address corrections after shipment may incur additional fees.
